If you are still looking for Arkel products, they are now being sold by Spa. Arkel makes excellent products. I have a bar bag and two different sets of panniers and all are first class.
Ghyllside cycles in Ambleside both stock a fair few arkel bits and van get n them as they're UK dealers. Not a bad little shop that's touring focused too.
