Arran is amazing, have gone round in both directions and through the middle several times, difficult to get bored with it!
(But the other islands are brilliant, too, each in their own way

It is
. Admittedly I've only been over it once, from the west, after eating the most enormous and wonderful breakfast at the Lochside B&B in Blackwaterfoot - which from memory seems to be the easier way through 'the middle'... even though it didn't feel like it at the time, we were sooo stuffed

62 mph on a roadbike that would be well scary lolThe String road from the west is where I hit my speed record of 62mph. Fast enough to feel G-Forces
