not a problem you've heard of...i will backtrack and say though..poor quality compared to other tyres in the price range

cut them open,and inspect the construction..the difference to anyone with a eye for quality will be apparent.

Yeah that's very good, but have you got any actual facts? Are Schwalbe tyres more prone to punctures, do they wear out quicker, do they have higher warranty rates? Facts. Or I call bullsh!t.

i know my father had some marathon plus on his bike..with the so called"puncture protection",instead of preventing punctures,the offending puncture causing object was held within the tyre could'nt feel it when you felt for it,but it was there retracting back into foam sh*te and poking it's little head out..experience is knowledge ,reading reviews is'nt

I remember hearing an interview about some medical trials, and the interviewee said very matter-of-factly that of course they disregard any trials that involved fewer than 500,000 samples...

I find that as hard to believe as the evidence of one. There have to be instances where 500,000 would exceed the whole treatable population for whatever is being trialed.

I can't remember the exact context of what trials were being looked at, but I guess that it was in the context of meta-analysis of outcomes, maybe not trials. Can't remember, but as this is the internet now, I could make something up.
