Wouldn't think they would get a 'soldsecure' rating. Suppose it depends what you want to lock with it. I wouldn't use it to secure any of my bikes but have seen stuff similar on BSOs outside supermarkets, my lock may be worth more than some of those bikes. It follows the advice of making my bike harder for an opportunist thief than someone elses.
Perhaps for securing panniers on the bike? Or some similar use?
They're probably just as reliable as all the other cheap chains out there. I would rather buy the cheapest KMC chain rather than the Bell, but thats only because i know KMC are reliable, and work well.
