Have followed this up and even have an e mail this morning from a locvl photographer to say he can do this. Will phone him today.

Got them from the link below.
This guy can size them for any country including what you need for a USA visa.

He is in Glenrothes Fife so will only be of use if you are near enough there.

Cost less than my son paid ion Glasgow.
