Australian Question Intonation

Any of you talk this way? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencet...g-pitch-end-sentences-make-sound-insecure.htm I noticed after yesterday's hour record interviews that Bradley Wiggins has started talking this way. I find myself counting the number of times someone says it during conversation rather than listening to what they have to say.
