Send the video to the company.
NO!
The chances are the driver is a muppet!
Email the company first with a description
Then let the driver lie to his back teeth about how your cycling was appalling and he was driving courteously and safely
Then, and only then send the video with a second email asking why the driver has lied to his management as well as driving in such a poor manner
It is sad, but most managers will be more pissed off about being put in a position where they have to retract an email or letter because their staff lied rather than the initial incident
In on case where this happened the second email simply stated that the driver was no longer employed
The police say he didn't cross a double white line, but surely he was driving without due care and attention in approaching a blind bend on the wrong side of the road? Maybe there's no case for a prosecution but why can't they approach the driver and warn him/her of their inconsiderate driving?
