Delicious. I love that square sausage, although "Lorne sausage" always sounds like slang for dog poo to me.

Going back to tomato juice based beverages, fresh coriander is a nice addition.

When I used to stay over in Fife for work the hotel I stayed at used to do a lovely kippers and poached eggs for breakfast.

Yeah i spent some time in Fife. They used to do a white pudding in the chip shop,. I never plucked up the courage to ask what it was for fear that i'd never get over it.

I LOVE BEANS!

Especially with a fried breakfast!

But they have to be really stodgy. Cooking them for about 20 minutes seems to achieve this

Toast, scrambled egg and beans for breakfast, its a winner! Not exactly a fried breakfast though, or......... is it, the eggs were made in a pan, not using the ultra lame microwave method!

That sounds artery-cloggin' good! Will have to try it.

Personally I also love a bit of reggae reggae sauce in mine. Even for brekkie
