I went down this rabbithole a while ago and settled on Step One boxer briefs with flies.
On the plus side they seem well made, the fit is nice (comfortable but secure) and the fabric feels good against the skin.
Unfortunately it wasn't all splendid - they sell themselves on the idea that they stay put / don't ride up or bunch, sadly I didn't find this was true and this is especially problematic when cycling. They've also bobbled a bit.
All that said I've not found anything better and they probably do get a bit of a hard life with the amount of cycling they're subject to.
They also offer a "sport" varient with longer legs that are supposed to be more stable if you move about a lot, however I don't think these are available with a fly (why anyone would want boxers without I cannot fathom).
Also, I'm not sure if it was a transient thing when I ordered but they seem to do a lot of offers. List price for those I got is currently £17/pr, but I bought during a promo and got six pairs for a little under £40, so about £6-7ea.
I think this is a model used by many manufacturers in this market so regardless of where you buy, if you're not in a hurry it's worth sitting on your hands for promos as you can potentially save quite a lot.
