Sparks - I remember seeing them on Top of the Pops as a kid and thinking the bloke on the right was one of the most unnerving creatures I'd ever seen! Some good tracks too.

I think that a band reforming is generally a pretty negative thing. So I will comment from the standpoint of the band I most miss rather than who should actual reform and that would be Have Heart
