Think I overstrained the back of my knee on Friday, it was a scheduled rest day but it was too nice, so I swapped it for Saturday instead. Still didn't feel right on Sunday so I decided to follow the schedule and have a lie in instead

And its raining, not just a little drizzle but proper (insert word as appropriate) down, so the planned ride is cancelled pro-tem. Bikes are all clean and I cannot face a shopping centre, no local sporting events and ive exhausted the WWW, looks like a long day which may include alcohol or visiting parents. help me please?

Bit overcast and blowy round here, i have a base to dig out and backfill with concrete ready for a new shed but its looking doubtful that anything will get done today.

Been pretty sunny here. Went for a quick 2 hour ride first thing and then went for a good walk on the beach as t Murlough. Was a bit breezy.

Try practicing changing an M+. That should keep you busy for most of the day.

I removed a tyre from one of my Landrover wheels. It was a stubborn bu99er that appeared to have been glued on so it kept me busy for an hour or so. I won!

Have not ridden my bike for nearly a month now, still waiting for the good weather to start but have not given up waiting, it will happen sometime before next winter.
