Hi, please can somebody tell me what the UN number means when buying a bottom bracket? I'm guessing it has something to do with the amount of bearings? I know I need a 113mm x 68mm but se it's available in BB-UN54 or BB-UN26.

Can't help on the UN bit but BB-UN55 is better quality than 54 and not much difference in price.

The UN26 is the basic model.

The UN55 is better than the UN26. Another advantage is that it has a metal fixing ring rather than the plastic one as on the 26.

The UN refers to the thread type.

Both the brackets - and most others - are the same thread, so it's not relevant to your buying decision but does answer your question.
