Ran across this article on the BBC website today and thought it made for interesting reading:

Have to say, they are becoming far more common. Remember the first time I saw one and my reaction was a cross between "wtf" and "that's a good idea"... They do look rather ungainly and I'm not certain I'd want to ride one out here in a howling gale, but they seem an interesting solution to a tricky little problem.

used one to take his kids to school.

It'd be fairly easy to fit two small seats on the back. If I needed to.

Once you get used to the longer wheelbase, it becomes easier to ride one.

Great for doing your shopping with. No more MOT's!!
