get a friend/family member etc...

to watch you ride a short piece of road and give an opinion on your lights positioning etc.

obvious i know but does not appear to be suggested yet, or did i miss it.

at least from a friend you will get an honest opinion as to weather you are blinding people or not, help to fine tune also.

Difficult to cater for all though - sports cars have a generally lower POV, MPVs higher and 'normal' cars different again... I must admit to not being too bothered whether I'm dazzling a tad or not... at least they can see me which is my main priority!!
