North Korea is probably the most monitored country in view of the unsound leadership, unpredictable conduct and history. It however does not carry much profile in the news compared to Iran, Russia, and other similar actors because of its inability to deliver the threat to the magnitude of its claims. I recall the months and days before the invasion of Iraq, North Korea's sabre rattling was at its highest as it was seeking similar Wold attention and funds for its economy. It made more explicit threats when Saddam was doing the opposite.
