Take the tram out to Tervuren. Don't speak french!!
Do the African museum and be shocked, quietly.
Then find a bar. There are plenty to choose from.
Before that, seek out the graves of the Congolese who were brought to Belgium as exhibits at the museum. They are in the church yard.

Despite that I managed to spend nearly 20 pleasant years there.

If you've got a bike it is heavenly

Heferweizen kommt nür aus süd Deutschland. I'll avoid all the local territorial stuff.

Anything else is pretending.

Like only proper cider can come from Zomerzet
Hereford stuff, well you define....

Get stuffed! - Hereford is a classic cider county

And the Primator hefeweizen is excellent, I've been drinking it for years!

A what? A Double Northern Imperial Burton IPA. NM collaboration with Donzoko, who I normally associate with lager-style beers. Big bitterness with pretty traditional English hops, cranked up to 7%. I may not need another beer tonight.

My local has recently reopened and has a huge selection of gas-pumped and a few hand-pulled beers. They are happy to switch it up and try new things. They have just put this one. I’m not a fan of these sorts of things but am planning to give it a try (they will serve a flight of 3x1/3 pints so you can try a few).

For anybody that is into fruity/interesting/sweet sours, they're an incredible brewer. They really do nail the flavours they claim (Irn Bru, Rhubarb & Custard sweets etc.). Whether they should aim for those flavours is a matter of personal taste...
