That beer is an odd one in that it tastes nothing like the normal Jaipur.

A Croatian stout, a bit too sweet for me, but still very nice.

I thought it tasted like a Croatian ashtray!

Another couple of new to me from Asda.

The Salt was a bit dull, couldn't seem to make it's mind up what flavour it should be.

The Full Circle one is better. Has a decent viscosity for a supermarket beer, something you don't often for £3-4 a can

Haven't been out to a boozer in ages. Pleased to see that The Shirkers' Rest has continued its tradition of getting their own branding on beers. They managed to get Brew York to let them call their Juice Forsyth 'Shirkin' 9 to 5' and today they have a really good cask 'Shirk,' - a pale brewed by Three Acres of Sussex.

Working on Anglesey on Friday I called in at Tesco in Llandudno to see what their local beer selection was like.

This is a generic IPA with a nice maltiness to it.

Up in Glasgow again this week so I called in Sainsbury's to stock up on Williams Bros supplies.

They also always have a good selection from Stewart Brewing in Edinburgh, they do quite a variety of IPAs but they can be a bit hit and miss. This one is very nice though, not overly hopped with a nice bitterness.
