It's got to be Condor I'd say.

Evans in Waterloo have helpful friendly staff. (The road bit around the corner, don't know about the VTT shop opposite the Station)

In central London i would say Condor's. Around my way i would say The cycle Store in Friern Barnet. The chap who owns it, Ashwyn is very helpful and knowledgable. James the mechanic is top notch. The shop is well stocked and if they need to order anything they always give you a call to let you know it's in.
