The local weather forecast tonight said that at the moment the forecast for late Sunday onwards has a large degree of uncertainty so it's one of those times when the models are throwing up quite a few possible scenarios.

For long range cycle planning start with a jet stream forecast from Netweather
http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=jetstream;sess=ng

For 8 days ahead get the Atlantic charts from Magic Seaweed
http://magicseaweed.com/MSW-Surf-Chart/2/?chartType=PRATE

Closer in use XC weather for the wind speed
http://www.xcweather.co.uk/

Check the cloud patterns on sat24

Check the rainfall patterns on meteox
http://www.meteox.com/h.aspx?r=&jaar=-3&soort=loop1uur

If still in any doubt after consulting that lot, go through all the other forecasting sites until you find one that predicts the weather you want, dress appropriately and just go out and ride.

If you consult the met office don't be confused by their 'precipitation probability' section as it's counter intuitive. It took me numerous drenchings to realise that when it predicts <5% this is actually the chance of staying dry.

then Wednesday nights' BBC website forecast convinced me that Sunday was the winter cycling holy grail
Check the latest forecast tonight and FFS it's snowing!
I think you are most unlikely to get an accurate forecast from any source for a period four days ahead, particularly at present when the weather is unsettled.

http://clearoutside.com/ is an astronomy tool that has a lot of highly localized information, particularly wind direction and strength - Important in The Fens! It frequently predicts no rain (quite common here) when more generalized tools say it should be pouring.

If that and netweather.tv are in agreement, then I've yet to be surprised.
