For give me if this sounds stupid.

I have padded Bib shorts and Padded Bib tights, but if i want to wear my Club Bib shorts with non padded tights(not bib) would i wear the tights under or over the Bib shorts.
Only because my club bibs name is on the leg and it would get covered up.

Sorry again.

There isn't really a solution unless you want to either cover up the club shorts or have chafing....does it matter if you have a club jersey? You can get full length thick roubaix leg warmers I think?

You would probably regret wearing unpadded longs next to the skin, as there is probably a seam running down the crotch which will literally bite you on the arse.

If you are talking about winter racing, just wear your team shorts with leg or knee warmers underneath. Might not be ideal for a five-hour winter training ride, but for 50 minutes around Hillingdon it won't be a problem.

only these are kneewarmers

Forgive me for being thick.... but would leg warmers and bib shorts be as effective as bib longs in winter, as I have more shorts than longs and it would help Mrs V by her not having to wash the longs so often (I'm not a sexist pig who doesn't know how to use the washer and iron its just she doesn't want me me to:thumbsup: so why should I bother trying) it seems a cost effective way to increase my cycling wardrobe

yes they would...if you have decent lined legwarmers, more than keep the wind off
