So it seems recommmendations are good, just everyone has their own taste and preference. i suppose the moral is to try everything and then opt for whichever suits! thanks for all your input guys. i appreciate it!.

You are evil evil people! I went and looked at the dhb Aeron bib shorts and ended up spending 91 quid (after the extra10 discount)!

ordered the shorts, Deuter Race X 12L bag, two water bottle carriers and a litre bottle of Muc-Off (for the motorbike - best stuff there is!).

Wifey not impressed...

It can't be too difficult in bib shorts, after seeing all the guys on the road race after about 20 mins at the side of the road.

No. Just a lucky guess. I've put enough catheters in old fellas before wiping the gel oozing from the urethra, snapping the foreskin back in place and then fastening the leg bag to a calf. I can picture you now.
