Hello all. My name is Will, and I have joined your forum because I have a class project. The project is to write a survey, and get 100 samples, then write a paper based on the survey results. Being a cyclist myself, I decided to make my survey cycling related, specifically collecting info on people who use their bicycles as transport.

So if you would be so kind as to oblige me and fill it out, the survey is very short, and my grade is depending upon it. Thank you

Shouldn't it be a random sample rather than a self selecting one, or you you have a way of controlling for that in the analysis?

I've filled it in. My only quibble is that "how far do you go in each trip?" is a bit ambiguous. E.g. if I cycle from home to the station, then from the station to my office, is that one trip or two? (I'm counting it as one.)
