Nik Bowdler won this years BBAR using a 77 tooth front ring in all events. Makes the bike look like a 3 wheeler, most likely hits the ground if you get a puncture.

First post on this forum, I am trying to get my enthusiasm back after a 10 year lay off.

Back to the Moulton, people say they like riding these bikes but am I the only one that thinks they don't look as if they will be a good ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, you are not on your own Keith. I don't fancy giving it some hammer on little wheels.

A very popular misconception lads. Once you get past the size of the wheels they handle like a "big" bike. I've had mine for nearly 3 years and it's a hoot over taking other cyclists on it. Top speed, down hill admittedly, 47.8 m.p.h. no problem!
