It's surprisingly flat back to Craven Arms (we live 3 miles north of CA). Go any further than Knucklas, though, and you're in a world of pain.

Bridge No 65, Grand Union Canal, Cosgrove. It's a near the tunnel I'm emerging from & a mile ir so north of the Iron Aqueduct.
