The GLW bought a pair of Carradice cotton duck panniers in 2003. They've had a hell of a pounding since and apart from the mesh pockets being shot and the panniers looking a bit tatty, they're still going strong - !
I sometimes tour with a chap who’s been using his Super C rear panniers for 30+ years of daily commuting and touring.
He’s bored of them and wants to get something flashier, but they won’t die.
