You could easily make a brilliant set of panniers this way for less than £20. They'd be reasonably waterproof as they came, or totally waterproof if you put some rubble sacks inside.

That stuff, BTW, is called correx, or corroplast, and if you can't find a spare estate agent sign, it can be bought in sheets. Although using a sign does mean there's actually a use for estate agents.:blush:
