Yeah, it's definitely a good idea. If you leave the bike out for too long, bits will start to rust.

If anyone has a good recommendation, I'd also be interested in hearing it...

I've used one in the past for years. Had to carry mine as well - bit bulky, but I'm sure if you rolled it up and secured it from blowing away whilst un-used it would be fine.

Cheap motorcycle covers work. Don't forget to pin the bottom edges under your wheels to stop it blowing off.

Yes, it's a really good idea to cover the bike as some parts of modern bikes are eaten by rainwater! :rolleyes:

Tesco bag over the seat - job jobbed :tongue: also stores under the seat whilst not in use :thumbsup: ).

Sil-nylon tarp. get at most camping stores etc, folds up small and is light, covers the whole bike, fasten with bungee's
no worries :biggrin:
failing that there's the expensive bike covers?

Oh yeah, I forgot that rust magically evades "modern" bikes! How silly of me!
