Think you need to go back and have another read.I think you will find that, that is what I suggested. I quote, What I said was "or just get fit on the bike"

Getting fit on a bike and better on a bike go hand in hand.Think you need to go back and have another read.
Good god. I didn't even quote you in the first place!Getting fit on a bike and better on a bike go hand in hand.
Just tell me what you think I have said wrong, or out of place, I have better things to do with my time, then mess about trying to figure out something I may have got wrong or worded wrong, I am dyslexic, and it's sometimes difficult to understand correct meanings or context, sometimes.Good god. As the wonderful Christopher explains, this will get you to " a good starting place", and without a lot of spurious stuff too. Enjoy...Hello I recently brought a carrera tdf from halfords and I can't fault the bike, they obviously just slap the bike together which isn't setup for me I feel comfortable riding it but there must be some adjustments I can do for it to suit me better as all I've done was lift the seat up
I know you've gone off to adjust the saddle, so maybe that was the problem but your first post didn't really describe the discomfort. Where would you say the discomfort is coming from? Thanks for all your help I'll check out my seat as in forwards and back and that should do.
