I wonder if I could ask advice again. I have had my bike (Giant Sedona) since 2009. It's never been a totally comfortable ride. Never been able to put my finger on why. The seat is right down, handle bars up. I have been on Giant's website and according to my measurements (5ft6.5in and inside leg 30.5) I should have a small size. I was sold a medium. Is this why I'm not comfortable and will I ever be? I suffer across the top of my shoulders after cycling ( I suffer with muscle pains anyway which is why we went for this style to give me a more upright riding position). Thanks in advance. Kerry

can you fit a shorter stem ?
I fitted a longer stem to one of my bikes and i used to get similar aches on longer rides.

Thank you for your reply, I hadn't thought of that, will look into it. Although I've had the bike 3 years, I'm only now beginning to really use it! Thanks again

If your not sure you could pop along to a bike shop ,i do not know much about your bike model apart from a google image , looks like it has a stem that can change its angle so you will be looking at something similar but shorter or non movable shorter riser stem ?
