Anyone use them? If so any issues etc? I'm considering getting a new bike computer and it'll be a Wahoo Roam 3. Everywhere else selling for £359.99, Bikeinn advertising at £302.99 plus £6.99 delivery so £60 less.

However, is there a reason for the the discount? I'm wondering on things like if the unit fails how easy to get refund/replacement etc so any feedback be good to see.

They are based in spain, IIRC, so read the return process and cost carefuly, but service wise and delivery speed is excellent I have used them for tyres and Skiing stuff (via Snowinn brand). i haven't ever returned anything

Prices great. Delivery times are not impressive (10 days plus) for a couple of items I’ve had. A couple have been slightly quicker. Some I got the impression were not in stock from the supposedly slow despatch. Others took time going through Customs; or being transferred between multiple couriers on route.

In saying all I’ve that - I’ve had no major issues. If you feel the / a saving is considerable - then go for it 👍

Bought stuff from them in the past as well as some of their associated accounts, no problems at all, they're a big retailer.

As @sevenfourate notes delivery times can be a bit longer - that's because they are not UK based and have no warehouses here, everything is shipped from the EU, therefore will be subject to potential delivery delays if passing through customs. That's not something that they can control however, it's the consequences of Brexit.
