Anyone use them? If so any issues etc? I'm considering getting a new bike computer and it'll be a Wahoo Roam 3. Everywhere else selling for £359.99, Bikeinn advertising at £302.99 plus £6.99 delivery so £60 less.

However, is there a reason for the the discount? I'm wondering on things like if the unit fails how easy to get refund/replacement etc so any feedback be good to see.

They are based in spain, IIRC, so read the return process and cost carefuly, but service wise and delivery speed is excellent I have used them for tyres and Skiing stuff (via Snowinn brand). i haven't ever returned anything

Prices great. Delivery times are not impressive (10 days plus) for a couple of items I’ve had. A couple have been slightly quicker. Some I got the impression were not in stock from the supposedly slow despatch. Others took time going through Customs; or being transferred between multiple couriers on route.

In saying all I’ve that - I’ve had no major issues. If you feel the / a saving is considerable - then go for it 👍

Bought stuff from them in the past as well as some of their associated accounts, no problems at all, they're a big retailer.

As @sevenfourate notes delivery times can be a bit longer - that's because they are not UK based and have no warehouses here, everything is shipped from the EU, therefore will be subject to potential delivery delays if passing through customs. That's not something that they can control however, it's the consequences of Brexit.

Used them in the past without realising they weren't UK based and had to wait whilst items cleared customs.

Have you kept an eye on Amazon. I got one when they first come out and the price was glitching up and down everyday I paid £319

My only experience of them is ordering a Skinsuit from them, it was delayed and delayed again. The 3rd time they gave me the option to cancel and to their credit when I did the money was almost immediately back in my account 🙃

I ordered some tyres through them about a year ago and I think they took about a month to arrive. They were shipped form Spain but I was unawares that would happen

I've shopped with them several times over the years.

Shipping has never been fast in my experience, my orders have seemingly sat there for maybe ~5 days with nothing going on.
Interestingly I have ordered twice now and for the delivery to be in Spain - the delay has been exactly the same, so in my experience it seems to be their way - clearly it was then quicker to arrive as it didn't have to be put on a plane, but I ordered it in anticipating a sooner despatch.

The one time I had to return a couple of pairs of bib shorts, I still had access to the paypal (We cover the cost of your returns thing) if anyone remembers that - was a total boon at the time, and you could have up to 12 in a year.

I had to insure the parcel, and it cost me ~£16, but I was able to recoup £15 of it from paypal.

I'd only order something I was 99% certain was going to be right now, otherwise the return costs, oh and probably bl00dy customs forms now would be a complete pita.

If my life is dull, I order stuff from BikeInn that is needed for a certain date. Always best to leave a month between promised delivery and required date, but I watch the tension rise as the delivery date slips more and more.

But great range and good prices too.

I’ve had three things from them also without realising they were not uk based. On two occasions they were pretty quick with a week to 10 days, the other was two week plus. I’m not sure why except the quick delivery coincided with easterly winds from the continent….
