Bit of a shock.. my sisters house she rents out ravaged by fire

My sisters other house ,one she rented out, has just been destroyed by fire .

Tenants all ok thankfully.
She's very upset but nobody hurt so that's the main thing..

I'm sorry to hear that - it sounds awful on top of the rubbish situation we are currently in. I hope she finds somewhere suitable to live.

I read this as @Levo-Lon sister owns the house, not lives in it, could well be a tenant who can't afford the rent so making themselves homeless, hope not.

I unfortunately work in fraud prevention, it is sometimes very difficult not to be very cynical, some of the stories are heart breaking, there is currently a group making calls from a charity that doesn't exist trying to get funding for a Covid vaccine.

I know it's telly but i watch those tenant landlord progs. My blood boils when i see nice houses flats and the tenant does not pay rent ,then won't leave. Leaving the people thousands and thousands out of pocket.Sorry to read the post.
