Linford, you've done your daughter proud.
I busted a gasket with her big sister over the last 10 years so she could realise her dream of working with a big love of her life - horses (breaking, schooling, competing, getting paid to work with other peoples horses etc) and now she has a great work ethic and is totally self motivated and focussed.
You gotta try hard and support your kids. Totally different path for this one, and I've no idea what it may lead to but she is very arty, has decided to not ATM go and do the Uni route, and I'm hoping if I'm honest that she could learn some really valuable organisational skills by playing with this so she can take a simple idea, plan it all out, get all the various factors on side (learn some valuable interpersonal management skills) and bring it to fruition in something she can not only be proud of, but also something she can put in front of prospective employers and say 'That is all my own work' and they can recognise it being worthy
