Bkool help!!

Tried to connect to bkool tonight once on it recognised my trainer but would only select 2 icons wouldnt allow 3. Then kept clicking to join a session, eventually it did but once i peddalled nothing happened?! Need your help to rectify this as want to decided between zwift and bkool and atm zwift wins hands down as i can actually move!

How far was the ant+ usb from the trainer/other gear? In my experience it needs to be within a metre and without other wifi interference.

Have you tried it again this am? Could be bkool issue rather than yours.
