I had an intermittent bluetooth connectivity problem that arose because the stepping motor screws had worked loose. This meant the optical switch was not always positioned correctly and also the motor made a “clunky” sound when it did energise. Tightening the motor screws has solved both issues.
To gain access remove 1 visible screw at the base of the vented casing side. Then remove the vent panels clipped in at the centre of the long top edge to reveal a further 4 screws to remove and lift off casing.
