bkool resistance smart go with problems

Hello everyone.
I have been using Bkool smart go for more than 1 year and since a few days ago I have problems reading the resistance of the training roll. I have already contacted bkool support but have not yet received a response. Does anyone know any way to resolve this?

maybe the problem is the ''stepping motor.''
The ''stepping motor'' is the part that drive the magnets(2 magnets) to the field of flywheel (depends the route uphills heavy, drives the magnets from the outside of the flywheel to the center, downhills softer, drive the magnets from the center to the outside of flywheel).The problem is ,where to find it....? I have this problem and I'm looking for the part for a long time.
Is there anyone know where i can buy this stepping motor?
