I had one, bought with the vehicle at auction.

Mine is Mrs D's, but while she has a motability car shes not using it. It's 80 quid a year to keep it on a retention certificate, or zero quid a year to stick it on a car. Therefore, I stuck it on the Little Tikes car and each year buy an extra 80 quids worth of Guinness.
