this morning I went out with a mate, who is a club member and has in the past raced and done T T's.
wow, what a learning curve, on the hills I don't think he came out of the big ring, as far as I could see anyway, cause after a few secs he was gone.plus he hasn't rode for a while, and I thought I was improving. gave me some good advice though on training for improvement, so it wasn't all gloom and doom. there must be a moral in this story. Ah I know what it is now, if he asks me to ride out again?......."I'm busy" or " I'm not well".
