Boardman 8.6 suspension

Hello, i have a boardman 8.6 in shiney yellow im looking at upgrading the suspention to rockshock what size diameter would the stem that goes through the frame to the headset be and would it be tapered or straight.

Most likely 1 1/2 to 1 1/4 tapered.

Best bet google or Boardman spec pages.

Is it the MHT 8.6. Spec says 1'1/8 semi integrated and does not mention tapered.

The FSA no 10 comes in 1 1/8.

If its straight, you may not be able to get an upgraded Rock Shox air fork as most are tapered. You might be best sticking with the Raidon Air as its not a bad fork.
