They're Shimano KO2S or KO3S, the type is printed on the back of the pad. Discs are 160mm front and rear, match those to the fitting type, whether centrelock or 6bolt

Have you measured / inspected the parts for wear? Seems somewhat arbitrary and wasteful to bin them otherwise...

Even if someone sells discs of different colours, I wouldn't expect the colour to last very long on the pad contact area.

ETA, there are indeed bling rotors with different colours, though not along the braking surface.

No I've been looking at orange hope discs! It's just the insides that are coloured and just thought I'd get new pads at the same time!
