Bontrager Trekking Handlebars

Does anyone have any experience of using these handlebars? If so, are you able to fit a handlebar bag to them? It looks as if you might be able to sneak one on. I think they retail for £100 over here.

Be easier and cheaper to get normal flat bars and fit an extra set of bar ends towards the middle, surely?

If you can call them bar ends when they're in the middle, that is...

If you want more bar space look at one of those space T-bar gripper extensions about £10 . These Bontrager carbon bars seem very expensive and no better than your average alloy bars at a fraction of the price.
