No comparison between a turbo and rollers.You need to concentrate on rollers.😁

I agree re balance, but pedal technique and cadence work identical.

Tyre pressure ?

Rollers are on carpet (plus underlay) or other bouncy surface ?


Tyre pressure being increased seems to have helped and I've raised the saddle by just a touch and it's made a difference. Not sure why I didn't do this to begin with so feel a bit of an idiot lol but in my defence my riding position felt very comfortable when I was cycling outdoors.
Thanks anyway to everyone, no more bouncing for now!

Thread bump, but is there a best or easiest position for the front roller to be, relative to the front axle? I kind of think it should be some way in front but don’t really have any science to back it up. I think I think it makes it less likely that I’ll cycle off the front of them!
