you've been misled by the "Most Read" feature on the BBC website. I saw it too and wondered how these old stories come back into the "chart". I was about to post on that very subject?

I saw this too, and was surprised to read that it was the first cycling fatality in London in 2011 ?? Seems to me like incompetence from the BBC and the CPS?

Wasn't he mentioned on SPOTY last night as one of the sportspeople we 'lost' this year? I bet a lot of people went online afterwards to find out what happened to him.

Thankyou. I did search back in the summer, I suppose it was still ongoing.

I'm saddened tbh. You would assume if they re-arrested several times that they had some clues as to what went on.
