Sopranos - so good, I have watched all the series twice.

24 - First 3 or 4 seasons were unbelievable TV

Band of Brothers - amazing, just amazing

I haven't heard of quite a few of peoples favorite shows.

The wire has spoiled all other tv cop/law dramas for me. I think it was completely in a league of it's own making things like Sopranos pale. My top 3 would be:
The Wire
Black Adder 1, 2, and 3
League Of Gentlemen

On reflection I'd like to add Edge of Darkness to The Prisoner. I watched it again recently and I was stunned by Bob Peck's performance.
