Just wear a 'normal' cycling top back to front!
Problem solved..

HTH

Tried that on the recumbent, since 3 rear pockets are not helpful. My wife had to zip me in and out....

I don’t keep my phone anywhere it may be damaged in case of accident. Lives in top tube bag, saddle bag or rack bag when in bike. As do my normal specs, money and bank cards

Just don’t like the idea of something emitting radio waves millimetres from my breast tissue for several hours of bike rides. Probably unfounded, just me being paranoid.
I'm with you on that. I also wonder about men carrying them in trouser pockets.
Surprisingly (?), it is estimated that about 520 men will die of breast cancer in the UK this year, so phones in chest pockets would not be a great idea for us either if the radiation risk is real...

Ice trikes have a cycling jersey available with front pockets. There placed either side of the waist, and zipped so you shouldn’t lose any valuables.

I understand that, but bear in mind that you'll probably be separated from your bike in many accidents. (it might be kindly stored somewhere for you!)
I mostly carry mine in a "Roo pouch" under my top layer, against my chest (string round my neck). Seems the least worst location!
cash/cards either in the same pouch, or in a zipped back-pocket (if I have one).

Never had an issue (and I’ve had a few accidents) usually it’s in the rack bag and just goes with me. If I were unconscious, the whereabouts of my insured phone would be the least of my concerns
