British Cycling Level 2 coaching course

Has anyone done the level 2 british cycling course? I've just done the first 2 days this weekend. It was great fun but completely knackering with an awful lot to take in and I've come away drained. The course tutors were excellent and the 16 people on the course all made it a great experience. Day 3 is in 3 months time and there is a heck of a lot of reading, coursework and coaching session preparation to do in that time. I'm lucky in at our club have regular kids coaching sessions so I should have plenty of opportunity to deliver some coaching sessions.

Does anyone have any feedback from any courses they have been on?
