British History, what do you know?

Is this meant to be hard? I got 13 and wasn't educated here. A lot of them feel like gossip rather than history, eg Geo. VI given name. And speaking of George, those pictures were a bit unfair. I recognised Geo. III, but not II. Really, how well versed on the various Georges do we need to be?

Speaking of British history, I remember telling a friend - who was/is very politically active - about the opium wars, and she thought I was making it up. Do they cover that sort of thing in school?

Yes, royalty foxes me as well. I got 14 – annoyed at getting the rationing one wrong (partly because I remembered white bread was scarce during the war).
