Brompton Docks Bike Hire

I hired a Brommie from Manchester Brompton Dock yesterday. The process was pretty easy and straightforward, although the automated text release system was not functioning the back up tel number for an operative to provide the release code worked well. The bike (an M3) is in really nice condition.

I'm on a trial membership so now have it for a week. Total cost £10.00! Worth doing just to try out a Brommie if nothing else.

I see there's another Brompton Dock outside Oxford Railway Station. Quite interesting. The prices seem very reasonable indeed, especially if you are going to sign on for the whole year.
