Brompton XBAR handlebar brace

Hello,

I have a 1990 Brompton L3 which I have upgraded to some degree but I am keen to keep as many original parts as possible.

The bike is still sporting its original handlebar. I know the official recommendation is to replace the bar but this would be another piece of the bike's character lost. There is a period solution in the XBAR brace, as offered by Brompton as a retrofit but this is no longer available. These come up from time-to-time on ebay so I am on the lookout but I wondered if anyone here had a kit lying around unused and would be willing to sell... I need the 7/8" version.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I saw that but when I tried to buy there was no option for UK shipping. Plus I'm not sure I believe it's in stock seeing as Brompton no longer officially sell/recommend it...

I suppose I should contact Brompton Aus to check though!
