So, after checking out
Evans and Berkshire Bikes, here's what I found:
1. Between the Cube and the Giant, definitely the Cube... So Giant is out. I loved the Cube Peloton SL, which comes in a nice red colour or black and white. The Cube has the new 11-speed Shimano 105 Compact drive train with Ultegra front and rear derailleur. Berkshire Bikes have it discounted at £849 which is cheaper than Paul's Cycles
@jamin100. I'm leaning towards the red, and I'm sure
@vickster you'd agree since it's not black :P

2. Between the CAAD 8 and Synapse at Evans, I prefer the Synpase as the CAAD wasn't as comfortable. The Synapse Tiagra is £849 with £75 free kit, and 105 with disc brakeset is £999 with £100 free kit (for pedals and helmet I guess). The cube seems to be the bargain here because, although no disk brakeset, it has ultegra derailleur and is for £849 like the Tiagra Synapse.

3. To make me even more confused, the guy at Evans also showed me a Fuji Sportif 1.3 D which I liked. It has disc brakeset, however it has Tiagra gears. Again, the cube beats it in specs aside from the brakeset.

The Cube beats the Norco Valence A2 and A1 in specs and frame sizing in terms of comfort for me. The Norco has a shorter head tube length and longer top tube length, forcing me to reach out more and curving my back. The Cube also beats the B'twin Alu 700 in specs though not in price, not the mention the Alur doesn't even have the full 105 set and it's last year's model. The only thing missing from the Cube is the disc brakeset, nothing more! Is it that important?
I took your advice and tested them, and It's down to these three, all three of which were comfortable. I guess then it depends on the specs and the price. So this is the last time I ask you guys this question I promise, but which one?! :P Thanks again, much appreciated!
